Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the product and any damage

If approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been used

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Nuvelliq will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
